Assistant Homecare Coordinator

Job Description

Trackars Healthcare wish to recruit an Assistant Coordinator for our Domiciliary Division based in Downpatrick.

The position is full time but will be split between office based activities and care in the community which will include evenings and weekends as part of a rota.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a minimum of level 2 QCF in Health & Social Care
  • Be a member of NISCC or willing to apply
  • Have experience in delivering care to older people and those¬†with a lesser ability
  • Be able to work as part of a team and support colleagues when required
  • Carry out supervisions, spot checks and¬†client reviews in accordance with regulations
  • Be required to partake in ‘Out of Hours’ duties on a rota basis
  • Be available to carry out duties on a rota basis
  • Have a full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle

The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced Police Check as part of the recruitment process.
