Job Description

Trackars Healthcare is currently looking to recruit a Permanent Client Relationship Officer, based in our Belfast office.

This is a full-time, permanent role (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). Successful candidates will also be required to perform oncall (out of hours) duties on a rota basis.

Main Purpose of Job     

To provide an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support service for Trackars and be first line of contact for Trackars Stakeholders and potential stakeholders. To provide co-jussive communication link between Trackars Clients and Trackars staff.  Maintain high level of company standards.

Educational Standards

  • Completed second level education
  • Recruitment and/or Healthcare qualification distinct advantage

Work Experience

  • Previous experience in Healthcare/Recruitment/Customer Care Role ESSENTIAL
