Job Title: Registered Home Manager
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
To manage all aspects of the Homes operation in order to deliver high quality of care to residents in accordance with its organisational aims and objectives, The Residential Care Homes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005, The National Minimum Standards 2011, organisational aims and objectives and in compliance with all regulatory and statutory bodies. To ensure that all the company’s policies and procedures and legal requirements are met.
Provision of Care
Management of Health and Safety Systems
Professional Social Work qualification or Registered Nurse or Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Social Care Services (Adult Residential Management) also Show evidence of a minimum of 5 year’s experience in a Health and Social Care setting with at least 2 years in a management role within the last 3 years.
Evidence of maintaining own Continuous personal Development particularly with regard to legislation, regulatory and industry developments
Be highly motivated and dynamic with a caring nature.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the importance of Quality Assurance systems
Excellent communication skills
People management skills including best practice in recruitment, selection and performance management
Good level of practical IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, internet-based packages)
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise
Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations
Hold a clean current driving license and have access to own transport
