Meet the Trackars Team

Would you like to know more about the people who work for Trackars? Every quarter, we’ll introduce you to a different member of the Trackars team.

Name: Flavius Mos

Where are you from?

I am originally from a small town in Romania called Hateg, but I have lived in Belfast for the last 5 years.
How long have you worked for Trackars?

Almost 5 years.  This was my first job here in Northern Ireland when myself and my family relocated from Romania.
What is your role in Trackars?

I am the Team Leader for the Healthcare department in Belfast.  Our department sources nurses, healthcare assistants, support workers and domiciliary carers for all types of healthcare sites across Northern Ireland.

What is the best thing about your job?

The best thing about my job is knowing that I’m helping to make a difference to people’s lives.  It is great  to know that what I and my team do every day enables our service users to continue with their day to day lives as much as possible, whilst facing illness, disability and challenges.

And the worst part?

Although my job is extremely rewarding, it can sometimes be very demanding which means that I can find it hard to switch off if I have been dealing with a lot on a particular day.

If you could do the job of someone else in Trackars, who would it be?

Niamh’s!  She is amazing.

When you aren’t working, what do you like to do?

I spend most of my time with my kids, Mihai who is 9 and Flavia who is 18 months old.  I also love to read when I have the chance.

Tell us an interesting fact about yourself? .

I speak 4 different languages; English, Romanian, Spanish and French!
